#iGive Catholic is the official Catholic initiative of Giving Tuesday, which is a National Day of Observance for making gifts to nonprofit organizations. Giving Tuesday is observed every year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving; this year, it is Tuesday, November 28. Donations can be made from Nov. 13 through Nov. 28. --- Our Parish (and all the parishes in the A/J Diocese) will be participating in the iGiveCatholic event. Patton Veterans Day Services will be held on Saturday, November 11. The Walter McCoy American Legion Post 614 and John White VFW Post 779 will conduct their services beginning at 11 AM. Veterans will assemble at the Veterans Memorial at the Patton Park no later than 10:45 AM. Following this service, the Veterans will conduct a service at the VFW and then proceed to the American Legion. A lunch will be served at the Legion for all Veterans.
