The day after a very successful Apple Cider Festival (2023), a new Double Capacity Oven was ordered for the Kitchen/Bakery. It arrived last December and has been warehoused ever since. Coordinating heavy equipment (it weighs 4,000 lbs.), window/door installers (the entire Lower Hall glass entrance needed to be removed and re-installed), and the production schedule of the Kitchen were difficult. However, the installation is now completed and the electric and gas are being connected. We should soon be up and running and in full production before next weekend, July 27/28.
